Review on Black Plastic Round Bathroom Step 🗑️ Trash Can, 6L / 1.6 Gal - simplehuman by Mike Donathan

I wanted this item to work great in my master bathroom but it arrived broken like so many others reporting these reviews. It's made out of cheap plastic including the hinge and the hinge was broken in transit so the pedal turns the cover right off the back. Of course, if it doesn't stand up to shipping, I don't know how it will stand up to daily use on long trips. I could just about see the plastic hinge breaking if you accidentally tripped over it one day. I prefer to return rather than replace because I feel I will have more problems in the future. I doubt it will go through, let alone UPS redelivery. I'll find one made of metal instead and maybe try one of the common folks as I like some of their stuff but this item will have to swallow itself as it's a trash can and in and of itself is literally trash.
