I haven't used this set yet, except for the small brush and carving knife, but I've washed everything and I would like to warn you: a lot of the items in this set are sharp, not just knives. Be careful when opening as I almost got cut by a big knife because things started falling out and the tip of the knife hit my hand. There are so many things in the set that it looks like they are jumbled up and the pieces, although fixed, can pop out. In addition, there are almost no individual parts in the case: either the set could have been a little smaller, or the case was a little longer. It's nice to have a case, but it's not the best, and when you open it flat (I like it) and then ready to close it, you have to reach for the zip to find the zip. With all that said, I have to say that you get everything you need to grill - knives, forks, spatulas, tongs, grill cleaner, brushes, grill mat, gloves, scissors etc. I'm glad I bought a set because I need one. I rarely use my grill, but I have an upright smoker that I love, so these tools will come in handy. I love that you have 2 sizes: a long butcher knife and a steak knife, a large fork and a small fork, a large brush and a small brush for brushing sauces, a large pair of tongs and a small pair of tongs. Large pliers are pointy and sharp at the end, so be careful. I'll be using them for the first time around Thanksgiving, so I'll update them as needed as they're used a lot during that time.
