Installs like any other circuit breaker or earth leakage breaker and much smaller than the old ones! Please turn off the power before attempting to install this. Even with the main switch off, if this switch is in the switch box, you are still working on the main line from the pole under tension. In order for this to install properly, the HOT (BLACK) and NEUTRAL (WHITE) powering the circuit must be connected to the switch itself. The white coiled wire attached to the switch should be connected to the NEUTRAL PLATE. It is best to have this work carried out by a qualified specialist. If you're nervous working in a switch box, you should probably have someone to make sure you don't get electrocuted while you work.
