Very responsive and knowledgeable customer service

The most important thing about working with Kpoint is their responsiveness, flexibility to adjust schedules when needed for client needs, dedication in doing what they say they'll do rather than charging you extra or not having it done right away if possible, etc!! Some features don't seem very intuitive but that may be just me misunderstanding. Would definitely recommend them though! There have been several occasions where someone has called requesting quotes from another vendor as well as asking questions before contacting us--it's nice knowing we've answered those already so no need. Also helped out tremendously after our website went down which caused some issues (we're still figuring things out.) I like how easy it is to use, especially for new users who have not been trained in video editing or production yet! The interface could be more intuitive but that's probably just my preference as an end user of this software (and most other products). This tool has helped us create short instructional training clips which we can then publish online so our employees know what they need do every day when interacting with customers/clients via phone calls etc - saving time & money!

  • Easy uploads into platform
  • Friendly support staff available at all hours.
  • Ability get high quality HD videos using less expensive equipment compared too traditional methods such shooting locally through DSLRs instead going straight onto computer screen without additional hardware costs required
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
