Aimtom "Support" recommended me to buy another new system like this one to replace the power cord shown below charging the battery with Solarpal foldable modules. This is classic corporate greed. I liked the Canadians better. If you want to get screwed buy this racquet, what a disappointment. Aimtom doesn't even have a working support number. Revain can't even help because it's a third party. Sick and such an embarrassment to solar progress. I bought an Aimtom solar station with a solar buddy last year. I only used it for a few months last year and it worked fine. In the spring, after a few weeks of use, "the charging cable stopped working" on April 23; 3 days before the warranty expires. In the end, after trying to contact them for 11 days, Aimtom support wrote me a troubleshooting email that didn't even address the issue, just general charging advice. I am being scammed and angry at the lack of communication between Aimtom and its consumers. This proves that they care more about making big bucks than being honest with their consumers. It's time to take responsibility.
