The simplicity and ease of use of the platform. I like that I can easily assign tasks to others and keep track of their progress. I also like that I can easily monitor progress and keep an eye on the overall status of the project. The customer service is also great. They are quick to respond and are very helpful. I would like to be able to assign tasks to others outside of my team. I also wish there was a way to assign tasks to others from the dashboard. I have also noticed that the tasks sometimes get lost in the system. I also wish that there was a way to check the status of a task without having to go to the project itself. It is a great tool for a small team project. It helps keep everyone on the same page. The status is easy to keep track of.
