Great for running! for shoes
I noticed pain in my shins as I ran onto the sidewalk. I already had a pair of Saucony Kinvara 10s but needed more cushioning to avoid shin splints from heel strikes while running. These shoes are great! I've already ridden a few kilometers pain-free with it! I highly recommend Freedom 3.
