Review on Philips DVT7000 00 Recorder Recording by Reggie Hobbs

I have both the DVT7000 and its improved version, the DVT8000. I bought these for my eighty year old mother as a HEARING AID. It is incredibly good at setting the table with a 360 degree microphone on the table - at home or in a restaurant. No squeaks, batteries are not a problem, the amplifier is powerful, the playback quality is excellent. In the box is a professionally fitted, much more expensive and sonically incomparable (poor) hearing aid. Not related to this product: I have headphones with silicone cups that fit in the ear and hold in place so she can turn her head repeatedly without the ear cups falling out.
