So yeah I'm a real American living in Detroit Michigan! I bought this on my boss's recommendation. Now I've been using the Garmin Dezl series in the past and they work fine but cost 4 times more than they are worth! I ordered mine on a Friday night and received them on Saturday morning! Squash some of the other reviews.1 YES IT SAYS SENT IT SPEED AND YOUR SPEED HAVE!TIME AND CORRECT ARRIVAL TIME!3 I CANNOT HONESTLY RATE ABOUT DURABILITY BECAUSE THE IVE IS ONLY ONE WEEK!4 IF YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, WATCH THE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE, CALL A FRIEND, HE MUST FOLLOW THE ROUTES FOR TRUCKS, WHEN DRIVING THE ROUTE REQUIRES THAT YOU ALSO TRAVEL A NON-FREIGHT ROAD, AND YOU CAN ACCEPT OR REJECT IT!5 THE VOLUME IS LOW EVEN ON THE HIGHEST SETTINGS IG.6 YOU CAN SET THEM IN MILES AND STANDARD) SO READ CORRECTLY CTLY. Bottom line, this is very similar to older 2010 Ark Technologies PC Miler units. I absolutely LOVE mine so far and if it holds up over time I really have no reason to ever buy anything else. Reading is AMAZING! This is NOT a $500 Rand or Garmin doing everything automatically! You have to set it up the first time! Set profile number 1 (you get 7 seats) as your big truck or van and name it accordingly. When asked what your driving profile is, choose the right one and keep driving! Sorry for the long review, just thought I might answer some of the questions I had. I will update if anything changes.
