I bought these for my 9 year old daughter. She is very small! These boots are definitely tight. They fit my daughter as she has such narrow feet. Winter isn't here yet, so I can't comment on warmth or water resistance. They are definitely of good quality! Light and has a practical zipper. My kid can put them on and off without using the zipper, which is convenient for school. I am happy with the purchase! I will comment again when winter comes and she will be playing in the snow at the playground.
