This is a good bike stand for children's bikes, especially without footrests. It's not a super strong or heavy unit, so it does slide a bit when the bikes come in, but not to the point of being a major problem. It is strong enough to easily hold bikes despite its lightweight construction. It really works best with a rear tire and puts some pressure on the bike's gears and/or spokes, so I wouldn't recommend it for an expensive bike. It's also difficult to put the bikes next to each other - quite crowded. However, for the price it is very efficient and compact. I put two units together to make a long bike rack for 6 bikes and it works really well.
