I did not have a clue as to why precisely this took place, therefore I did not alter anything in the way that I behaved. In order to prevent this from happening again while the blender is running, it is possible that you will need to give it a light handhold from above. Even though it's not specified in the directions, I'm going to continue doing it this way. The blender was one of my favorites, so the last thing I want is for it to stop working.
