Mounting things on the wall is always a bit of a chore, but it was pretty easy. The brackets have three screws, the top two are offset so you can drill through the stud. There are other details if you want to mount the bolt. I ordered two, one for each of my two screens. During assembly, one of the screw heads fell off. I couldn't get it all the way into the stud but it was enough to complete the install. My concern was that if I ever decide to move the mounts, I wouldn't be able to reuse the screw. I contacted VIVO support email and they responded the next day. After describing the problem and the specific screw, replacement screws were sent to me immediately! If you are concerned about good support after purchase, I would recommend using this screen mount.
