Review on BenQ DLP 1080P Projector HT4050 by Darrin Parasson

I did my research and then some more before deciding on this product. Called the manufacturers of several projector companies, and BenQ is by far the most hands-on in customer service. Amazon installed a projector for me. or at least I paid for this service (they hire a third party). and the home service department at Amazon sucks. They ended up sending installers to my house twice on the wrong day and then missed the right day another time. In the end, after embarrassingly many problems finding an installer, they actually gave up and covered my costs as soon as I set them up. However, the product itself is now installed and working great. There's a big difference between a bright room and a dark room, so keep that in mind. My home theater has windows but very good curtains and is more than visible during the day. However, depending on how closely I look, I can try to make the room pretty dark. I installed a 135 inch screen and it's great. for picture quality in a dark or almost dark room. for the price it couldn't be better. plain and simple. oh yeah, and if you're a gamer, this projector improves latency compared to most TVs. That's about half the size of my 70 inch TV.
