As someone who works 50 hours a week on a computer and goes to the gym regularly, I was excited to try this product! My first impression was that this product is extremely easy to use. It came in a nice case with 4 heads. I've used them all, but my favorites are definitely the round head and the ball head. I only use the post workout ball as a massage to relax my muscles and the ball to hit those trigger points after sitting all day! I have to say I had no idea how tight the muscle knots in my shoulders were until I used the massage gun. At first I could only use the massage gun on the lowest power level, but I was gradually able to increase the levels as the tension in my shoulders eased. I'm glad they have 20 different power levels for people with different degrees of muscle stiffness. I've definitely noticed more mobility in my neck and shoulders, as well as a greater range of motion when lifting weights! Since many chiropractic practices are now closed, this is much faster (and more expensive) than making an appointment! I cannot recommend this massage gun enough! For everything else, I haven't seen any battery life issues, and the light ring on the bottom is a handy indicator of when I need to charge it. In addition, the control panel on the back is very easy to use to control different speeds. The product also comes with a sturdy case, but I haven't felt the need to travel with it yet. This percussion gun is a must have for anyone in need of muscle relaxation! I'm even thinking about getting a second one for the office!
