I'm a convert! - Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

I like it. Aside from using a mini food processor, this is my new favorite way to chop garlic and ginger. It works incredibly well and gives a very smooth, beautiful result. The little brush works surprisingly well, removing garlic or ginger from the plate and into the food you're cooking.
