Used item, bought new. The boxes had to be opened with pliers, very warped and completely taped. The wood is split in several places. Burn marks from previous use of the cone. The holes for the chopsticks are loose so they don't burn because they sit at the bottom and not at the top. It is impossible to close the drawers for the intended use, so the smoke will spread in the upper openings, the drawers will be over-deformed and will break. It was clearly used, painted over, which also sealed it everywhere. Bad, I might add. I could do a better job. They even put a sachet of silica gel in a box like it was new. Luckily I only spent 10€. But don't waste yours.
