I can't believe we're the first to have this problem, but I can't find any reference to it in the critical reviews. The first two times it was used, it unzipped itself and emptied the contents. Under controlled conditions, we have tested that the zips open on their own to the point where the weight of the front of the pack is sufficient to pull the zip forward and open fully. If you zip up the top, you can also simply pull on the front of the backpack and open it. A solution would be to pull the zippers all the way to one side or the other, but the zippers go all the way to the bottom of the bag. So when you open them, basically all of the content can fall out while you're in it. Browse around and look for what you want. Super disappointed. Can't return because I cut off the tags and it's been used, but I would if I could.
