This harness is ideal for water sports. I've been using black for water sports (snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, SUP) for a year and it's great. After being in the water for about 30 minutes, there were SMALL water vapor stains on the inside of the case, however they did not damage my phone. The belt is very comfortable and I even forget I'm wearing it. Make sure you close the zipper securely by pressing it against a hard surface - if you don't hear a click, then it's not fully sealed! This blue pouch is more sea green which suits me as it's my favorite colour. However, it looked a more vivid blue on my computer screen. Check out his image on a light blue background for reference.
