Review on Brand 500GB Drive Inspiron PP23LA by Ryan Vaughn

New Hitachi 500GB 7200rpm working and fits my laptop 1525. Replaced my dead factory Dell Western Digital 250GB 5400rpm. 2 days delivery and excellent packaging. Installing the HD is very easy, but booting Dell Media and Windows Vista 2008 takes a long time. There was a problem connecting the laptop to Wi-Fi (driver not loaded) - from Device Manager, Network and Ethernet Controllers. Locate the Dell drivers on another PC and manually download them to the laptop. Vista WiFi Driver (Network Controller) = R174292.exe and Ethernet Controller = R167854.exe got my laptop's WiFi connection and updated Vista Service Pack #2 and driver updates from there. There was probably a better and more correct way, but I managed it with my beginner method.
