I would like to put a negative star. Not good at all.
For starters it is hard plastic or hard PVC, they are not soft at all. They are not non-slip. They might have a slight advantage for traction, but it's about as smooth as can be. Easy cut no way, can with a hacksaw, the picture shows how it bends and works with scissors, not like that, not under those names.
