In general we are very satisfied with the purchase. The box with the device arrived in perfect condition and everything was fine. Stand extension is very, very good. And the pawls work perfectly. The only point and reason for 4 out of 5 starts was that the brush head was not round. Turns out, too much of him was cut off. It didn't seem to affect the performance of the device, but when you expect one and get the other, it's a bit of a shame. That being said, I wouldn't let this issue deter me from buying one. The bottom line is that you can get rid of the things that made you look for the device in the first place.
