The user interface is very intuitive, it has all features that you need in an employee tracking system such as payroll processing or reporting needs etc., its price point makes this software affordable even if your business size grows over certain threshold level (which can be seen by comparing some other enterprise-level solutions).

I would suggest looking at their demo version first before making final decision about purchasing since there are many options available out here which might look great but don't have any real world experience behind them.
