I've always had trouble with sunlight coming through the curtains, it wakes me up early and makes my room brighter than I would like for movie watching. They looked beautiful and I loved the simplicity of the rings so they can be easily attached to the curtain rods. They were so good that I actually slept well, even though I slept a little late on a weekday and had to rush to work. I changed my alarm settings and I'm fine now. One panel actually covered my window, two panels per package so one purchase covered both windows. I'm not sure if this affects the temperature as the days get cooler and shorter, but I'm sure the lack of sunlight probably lowers it somewhat. Anyway these curtains are affordable and do what they say and look pretty decent so I'm definitely happy with the purchase.
