I like that this software is very user-friendly for my office to use as well with our clients who are not computer savvy at all! It's great because we have been able to implement it into what was previously an offline system which has helped us streamline processes and reduce errors while keeping patient files secure from unauthorized access or manipulation by others within their own offices/hospitals etc..
