I've had this chair for over a week now and have spent at least 75+ hours in it between work and play. The chair has a good, firm cushion and is adjustable to give you support for hours. I'm a tall guy and I feel like this company is promoting this very big and tall chair as I'm 6ft 03" and the base and backrest are very wide compared to other gaming chairs. Assembly took less than 45 minutes and this was for me as I was recording the process and dealing with a 2 year old. The neck pillow is a good addition to the chair. I found the lumbar pillow with USB massage motor to be more of a gimmick and not necessary to make the chair comfortable. Overall I am very satisfied and look forward to many more hours in this chair.
