I think the quality of these pillow inserts is very good. Just the right amount of fluffiness. I like that you can wash it in the machine. I like that the cushions even have removable covers. Attention: Pillows must be bought one size larger! So I bought 20 x 20 pillows and 18 x 18 bedspreads. Before I placed the pillows in their covers, the pillows were fluffed about 6 inches deep. Once you put them in the pillowcases (remember pillowcases should be one size smaller), the pillow is 7 inches thick, at least for me. I also wanted to mention that someone complained that they didn't like the way the zipper closed. not reach the corner, making it difficult to pull out the pillow. This is intentional as the sewn corner is stronger than the corner held by the zipper. There's a lot of pressure on the corner, and a zipper of about an inch or so is a sign of good, solid construction.
