Review on SISER Glitter Transfer INCHES EASYWEED by Katie Jefferson

there was a deadline and i had to use vinyl - i ordered it extra. As you can see in the picture, the first inch of the roll wasn't sticky enough to stick to the carbon paper. I wasn't sure it would make much of a difference until I cut my first piece of vinyl. Because the transfer paper stuck to my cutting mat fairly easily, the vinyl itself moved while cutting. I received 5 rolls and all 5 rolls have this problem. Not sure what caused this - I don't think it's a defect in the vinyl - rather it was cut by the seller (or the original buyer) or stored by them. I love Siser EasyWeed and the rest of the records as I expected from Siser EasyWeed.
