The most liked point of VCE was its ability to integrate easily into our existing infrastructures without any major issues or downtime - so far it has been well received by users at all levels within my organization! We were able implement an agile approach in which we could quickly adapt new technologies that came out every now & then but also had enough time for testing before going live across 100+ clients/users worldwide!!The only drawback i can think about right off-hand would be lack if customer support during initial implementation period where some minor things come up here n there like missing files etc., however this should not really affect your overall experience since you have dedicated consultants who are always willing help resolve these sorta problems when they arise! A must go product especially being used mostly internally amongst colleagues!! Very easy integration both from backend perspective too frontend user end itself using HTML5 technology.
