It is an excellent platform to use that helps keep track of all shipments/items in your business environment. The system can be tricky to set up however it does work once you get going with it. I personally like having different levels of access depending upon my area within our organization. There are some minor glitches but overall a very reliable tool that provides us real value. If your looking for something inexpensive without too many bells & whistles for this purpose - great solution! We have been able to cut down our shipping cost drastically by utilizing this system - saving money while delivering same quality service / product to our customers (and ourselves). I like that we can have all our shipments in one place with tracking numbers to know when they are coming out from warehouses etc.. The system is not easy at first but once you start using it everything will be easier than before! It would help if there were more functions available so customers could do their own things without having an employee doing them also this makes work faster because employees don't need time taking off just waiting around while someone else does your job.
