Can't comment on durability or battery life as I've only had it a week but it looks fantastic still plugged in and not broken yet and the material seems nice and durable to be. The keyboard takes some getting used to; The caps lock key is too easy to accidentally press, and the "&" keys aren't very convenient. However, I have had 2 other keyboards like this one and the actual keys on this one are much easier to use and beautiful. and resilient, and there is no doubt whether you pressed them or not. Plus the fact that it can detach from the lid is amazing. I used to hate having to unplug or disable my iPad while I was charging the keyboard. So far the best iPad case I've had.
