I received my purchase today BUT I can't "unlock" the pump. No matter which direction I turn, the pump doesn't work, which is very frustrating. The company sent me a new bottle with a working pump. Very fast customer service. Dark cream, odorless. You only need a small amount to cover both hands. It leaves a little "paque" on my hands so it looks like it's still on my hands when I wash my face. I think the price is reasonable for such a large bottle.
