Review on Granitestone Nonstick Griddle Stainless Dishwasher by Jason Flippen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very versatile: kitchen and dining room

This is a handy little pan and so versatile. Every morning I boil eggs for my boys for breakfast. It holds up to 7 omelettes at a time without spilling over the edges. A flat pan works much better on my gas range than a regular pan of the same size. I get more in the pot and it cooks more evenly. I love that I don't have to grease or oil the pan to keep the food from sticking. I have other nonstick pans but not this one. It really doesn't stick and works great. Cleaning is a breeze. Just quickly wipe with a sponge. You don't have to rub or soak anything. It can be washed in the dishwasher, but I never put any pots, pans or bakeware in the dishwasher. I feel like they last longer if I hand wash them. It also says you can use metal utensils on it, but I always play it safe and only use silicone utensils. My favorite part of this pan is the handle. Unlike other frying pans, the handle is flat and not tilted upwards. It's amazing how much easier it is to keep the pan level when switching from stovetop to oven or vice versa. Good quality pan, very durable, I hope it will last a long time.
