Works well. The construction is made of plastic, which can lead to durability issues. I *carefully* used large spline pliers to gently tighten the fittings on either end of the tubing, and I had to use the supplied teflon tape and more force than I was comfortable to get the plastic fitting onto the wall pipe. not to lick. Upon delivery, the jet was too weak for me, but I noticed a blue plastic flow restrictor just inside the handpiece hose fitting. I was able to remove it with needle nose pliers, reconnect the hose and that solved my flow rate issues. This is my third of these - the first two had "thumb paddles" for toggling between spray modes. for a year, leaving behind a dangerous, jagged and sharp plastic stub. Five minutes of work with the file rounds off the edges, the hand block is secure again, but it is definitely more difficult to turn without a spatula.
