Gets a little warm but works great after 2 months of continuous use
10G adapters like this are still amazingly expensive for their features. Eventually they will all become cheap, like 1G is now. We install ours on the back of the upper arm of a 16x iMac using VHB after removing the rubber feet. After holding them in place for 1 minute until there is a small strip of VHB, it is permanent. Consistent 10G speeds with the FS S5850-48TQ Switch on all our devices. I will look for a new firmware if there are problems.
