Good wax warmer. I had to play around with this to find the ideal temperature for epilation. I thought, as you can see in the picture, first heat the wax balls to maximum temperature, then reduce the temperature to about 75 percent, which is almost halfway between medium and high. I would give it a 5 if there was a real setting that said "wax" temp like my friend's model. I really liked that it comes with 5 small packs of wax beans and 10 sticks which is great when you are just starting out and need a complete set. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option just because I had to determine the best heating temperature and by the time I started the wax on the medium was completely solid again. The rest of the device is good and works well.
