The customer service team is very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful! I have always gotten great responses from them when they respond to my email or text message questions/concerns that are related directly back into our menu planning process for new menus at various times throughout each season (which we plan out about once every 6 months).
We use this tool so much as part if creating all aspects involved wth food ordering systems like POS orders via phone call center etc., but also used it extensively during prep periods prior too getting ready fo preparing order sheets before any customers walk through doors - just another way you can utilize their system!! My only dislike would be how hard some things seem t o find within there platform sometimes-it was not intuitively easy enoughtoworked properly which resultedin us having problems using certain elements often leading me.
