I like it that they send tech personnel to our site when needed - this can be good or bad depending upon whether you are having an issue with your particular device (or not). The best way is if all devices work exactly as expected from day one so there's no surprises later down the road! We have had some issues since going live which we were unaware about prior but these seem to get sorted out quickly by their friendly staff at very short notice without any unnecessary hassles involved too much time/effort was required during setup etcetc.
