Good product, more pros than cons.

I bought for work at home, I wanted to buy good headphones with a microphone that has noise cancellation. It turned out that finding such headphones is quite difficult, but the Arctics 5 suits me just fine.
I considered many options, read / watched reviews, it was very difficult to choose. Everything changed when I saw a review in which there was a live microphone test, there different people in these headphones spoke into the microphone while in very noisy and crowded places (conferences, train stations, cafes). The effect was simply amazing, the words were clearly audible, the level of background noise was much lower.
I used to use the Jabra EVOLVE 20 UC Stereo for a long time, my ears got tired about the same in them, but the microphone there is the most primitive, there is no noise reduction and the sound is very mediocre.

Pros

High-quality headphones with excellent microphone and attractive design. The microphone is retractable, there is a backlight with color and brightness adjustment. They sit comfortably on the head. The wire is long.

Cons

The price is high. The game/chat balance knob turns too easily, it gets in the way. The recesses under the ear are not deep enough, the ears rest slightly. It's hard for me to sit in these headphones for more than two hours, for games it's not very good. It's not that they put pressure on the head, they just don't press, but it's a little hot for the ears. Not the most convenient wire.
