I've been using this set of egg bite molds for about 6 weeks. I found 2 problems: One of the lids for the bite molds won't close. The other seals well. Another problem I've encountered is related to poaching. If I don't spray or coat the inside of the molds, the egg whites have a bit of a problem coming out of the mold intact. Regardless of whether I use a straight oil spray or a can spray, the Instant Pot's cook time is 1.5 to 1.75 times longer. I don't understand why this is happening, but I'm continuing to experiment to see if I can find the exact time when poached eggs have solid whites and runny yolks. Pressure cooking should take about 4 minutes, but that's about 6.5 to 6.75. These two issues don't stop me from loving these forms and using them regularly. I haven't tried egg bites yet - that will be my next try.
