Exactly what I expected

I needed some non-bulky bookends for a floating shelf I installed, and these are great. I ordered the blue. They don't look or feel cheap at all. Expanding them for max capacity felt nice, and I don't feel like my books are going anywhere.

Pros

Works great to hold up large heavy but skinny cookbooks.

Cons

The metal material may rust or corrode over time
