Great Purchase - my new review
I needed a replacement for a boning knife that I accidentally bent. This has been a great replacement. The whole knife is metal. Something, I failed to read in the description. But, I'm satisfied because it is extremely sharp for cutting cutting up chicken wings and trimming the fat off cuts of beef.
