I work in a warehouse, usually unloading trucks. Dock plate is loud, truck is loud, warehouse in general is loud. With these in I can still hear peoples voices, but the sharp noises of the dock plate when I drive onto it and the constant beeping of the truck is deafened noticeably. When I take them out for break I really notice the difference. Typically on in ear headphones I wear medium or small on changeable tips. These fit me fine. I've worn them for my 10.5hr shifts without discomfort.
