I bought this two pack set, and right off one of them wouldn't finish charging, it would take well over an hour before it timed out, while the rest of my batteries (and the other one in this pair) finished before. It also began puffing pretty soon after the first charge attempt. Now my second one has started to drop a cell, 3.3v with the other two at 3.8v, and it's also puffed a little bit. So, steer clear. I bought these because I'd heard good things about the brand, but I suppose I'm not one of the lucky ones. Hoovo batteries have been good to me so far, no puffing or cell dropping, reliably long run times, etc.On a side note, customer service was good in that they sent me a replacement battery for the first one I lost, we'll see how it holds up though.I'm not going to bother to get a replacement for the second one, I'll just buy more Hoovo batteries
