This renders the hook unusable. I want a new horizontal part that is .
Doesn't work! Totally useless! Unfortunately I waited about 45 days before trying this hitch. The problem is that the holes drilled in the horizontal part of this adjustable towbar are misaligned (not drilled through), see attached photos. This renders the hook unusable. I want a new horizontal piece that is drilled correctly or I want my money back.
