I haven't had the setup issues that some people have. Basically, make sure all the boards you use are the same thickness, good feathered boards or something similar to ensure your passes through the router are consistent. Some basic measurements will help you get 1/128 in some test patterns. There are a few problems - the joints are very tight and don't leave much room for much glue, so you have to work very quickly, especially with long boards, and have lots of clamps ready. To get almost invisible joints I averaged about 2-3 inches between the clamps. I also feel that the depth of the tongue is too deep and creates a weak point in the joint. The cutting quality is excellent and holds up very well. Don't cut your boards with a 45 degree bevel first - no point, you won't have a tongue and you'll just make a sharp edge on your fence. The reviewer is right, it will allow the bit to take less stress, though the joint becomes unusable.
