Review on Garmin 650 4 3 Inch Portable Navigator by Micah Manus

Although this device is over a year old (old in GPS years) it's still a great device and works as expected. This is my second purchase of this device. I bought it a year ago and it worked almost perfectly. The only problem I have is that the cards are faulty. There is one place in Acworth, Georgia where I had to resort to a player's "follow the right wall" plan to get out of the unit he was leading me to. The second device was for a friend who doesn't accept technology. She thanked me again for the device tonight and said it was working fine for her. If I could add a feature it would be to increase the number of waypoints it will remember. It only accepts one, and that's not really enough. Customer service and the Garmin website are great. I updated the maps on my old Macintosh to the new version with no problems. I even got support from Garmin for breaking their points of interest beta loader in a new way. (No software protects against a fool because fools are so resourceful!)
