The bottle was covered in powder and barely half full.

When I opened the envelope, there was powdered paint everywhere. It turned out to be a huge mess. Painting itself costs less than a cup after mixing. Personally, I think flour and water would give about the same results. It was also yellowish-white rather than white.

Pros

SIMPLE AND EASY: Colorations Black Tempera Powder can be washed off most fabrics and non-porous surfaces. When using powder paint, bathrobes and tablecloths are recommended. Mix 1 part warm water with 1 part powder for best results.
