Great for gameplay capture but with one inconsistency

I've been using this for a few months now. It does a great job of capturing my gameplay from my PS4. 1080p with ultra clear sound. The only problem was trying to turn on game audio, party chat audio, and my voice on Elgato. There is a known issue with some weird Elgato limitations on capturing all this audio when using the Blue Yeti. In fact, my audio sounds distorted in the recording, which distracts and annoys me. This was because I wanted to keep my friend's volume separate from game audio. For some reason the chat audio is booming and I always have to turn down the overall volume in game, which sucks because it was a stealth game and I couldn't hear my enemies. After hours of searching YouTube and forums on this issue, I couldn't find a solution. Here's my solution: 1. Get a mixamp that will let me control the game volume over the chat volume. (I know there is a setting in group chat to focus either game volume or group chat, but that setting isn't effective enough.) Recorded my voice separately on my Blue Yeti via OBS. With this setup, I was able to record game video/audio, group chat, and my voice, and control game audio and party audio separately when it hit my headset. .Disadvantages:1. I had to speak into two microphones. One was my headset so my crew could hear me and the other was my Yeti so OBS could pick it up. 2. When compiling the video, I had to match the audio/video of PS4 games to my voice as separate tracks. It wasn't difficult, and it also gave me the ability to increase my voice or playing tone on my own if one or the other was too loud. It's been a good two weeks of research, shopping and fitting. All in all, great technology that has an odd flaw with Yeti devices.
