Bad product is worse than customer service.
I had 2 Leupold rangefinders. One with recline and one without that I USE for amateur tournaments. The numbers on the display in yards became unreadable on BOTH rangefinders after 2 years. No warranty after 2 years and not even paid repairs. Just flush my $800 down the toilet! They don't answer the phone or answer emails. I have never had a problem with any of the Bushnell rangefinders that I have purchased. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!
